Really stupid bank, try to transfer 1000 sgd , not 100,000 but 1000 and reject my request and block it cause think is fraud. Called me x 2 times and unable to answer and block the acess.. When called customer service, ask me why I need the money for.. Hello , its my own money. I can do whatever I want???? Also need to wait next working day to get it solved?? Really stupid.. never have such issues with dbs bank before. Only used to open FD , overall frustrating experience. Won't use again, for real though, if you need urgently then cant imagine ..

My dad and mon signed a 5 years structured deposit scheme 3 years ago. My mom was not keen to take up this scheme but the bank financial advisor representative was very persistent and said the market trend is going down.She did not even disclosed to my parents that there are a Credit Risk for this scheme (If a customer terminate before 5 years maturity date will lose part of their full principal amount of S$50,000 + interest and pay admin.fees). But after 3 years, Maybank send my parents a letter saying the bank has exercised its option of early termination instead of 5 years. But before my parents receive the Maybank letter, 3 different Financial Advisor Representatives always msg and whatsapp my dad to reinvest this SS50,000 for another structured deposit scheme. They are very irritating and my mom is very angry saying she will withdraw all the money from this bank including other normal FD. Especially when their normal FD matured, these FAR will pester my parents to invest their mo

Opening hours are not updated on website or on Google maps. Even the physical notice located at the ATM area is not updated. @Maybank, when are your teams going to update them? PH eves operate until 3pm only FYI.

My mother went to the counter to withdraw a large sum for a future purchase. The counter asked for an invoice. What invoice when she has not even buy it yet?? He had the audacity to say that he can give her half of the amount that she wanted and that she has to withdraw the other half from the ATM. What is the point of going to the counter then? Rubbish service. Next visit will be to close the account.
