She kindly helped me change RM10 notes smoothly for my angbao distribution at an old folks’ home, and even thoughtfully provided enough red packets for 60 elderly beneficiaries. Her service was efficient, patient, and genuinely caring. It made the whole process so much easier for me, and I truly appreciate her going the extra mile to support this meaningful cause. very appreciated this outlet available on saturday so we can settle our problem. Staff on that morning very friendly and patience to solve our problem. All the things in this outlet were well-organized.

Today evening we encountered bad experience and discriminatory attitude of the CIMB front desk reception staff towards housewife, keep asking for unnecessary documents other than Malaysian IC and giving excuses not to open savings account, and ask for rm3000 initial deposit to open normal savings account (what kind of nonsense is this ?), treating us potential customers like beggars and money launderer. Nonsense questions asked we already repeatedly politely and patiently explained to him like purpose of account opening for auto debit to repay PTPTN loan but he still keep asking same questions and never listen to our explanation. In the end after wasting so much of our time he asked why the Malaysian IC address is Perak but open account in Johor and then tell us to go open account at CIMB Perak. I have been banking with CIMB for several years and have generally been satisfied with the service. However, I would appreciate some assistance regarding a funds transfer made on 22 December, involving over RM70,000, intended for payment to our lawyers. As of 2 January 2026, the transfer has unfortunately not been completed. I have followed up via email with the relevant officer but have not received a response so far. In the meantime, our lawyers are requesting an update on the payment, and I am unable to explain the delay. I would be grateful if CIMB could kindly look into this matter and advise on the status of the transfer. Thank you.
