Very disappointed. We had an account with them a long time ago, and the advisors at the time were incredibly kind and understood the difficulties faced by all their clients, especially the smallest ones. We left for several reasons, without any prior notice: - Change of advisor. - Carnot branch closed. We now depend on the Place des Carmes branch, and we don't even know the advisors. We found what we had lost at another bank. I put December 2023 because I had to put something, but my last visit was a very long time ago!

I thank the advisors who are very customer-focused, as well as the reception staff who are attentive to customers. LCL. Des CARMES, don't change a thing. Thank you.
