I'm giving one star, but if I could give none, I would. I had an appointment with an advisor, Ms. Boudou (on Boulevard Carnot), for a mortgage. Everything went well on the day of the appointment. After that, I heard nothing, despite sending several emails and leaving messages at reception asking her to call me back. I even asked the branch manager to contact me, but nothing. So we asked them to resend our documents. This bank is completely unprofessional and unreliable. We just wanted to know if the mortgage application was approved or not. Banks say not to ignore problems, but in this case...they're not setting a good example.
