La Poste Mobile's customer and technical services are incredibly incompetent, especially considering that this entity is part of La Banque Postale.

The Post Office Bank was recently renovated. It's a very large, well-organized space with various offices and information points for all services: transfers, registered mail, etc., as well as for sending packages—all services are available. The staff is pleasant and helpful. It's a "Postal Bank," not just a post office. Even though all services are handled there, for those who complain, if it's just for small postal services, there are several post offices in Vichy. Furthermore, for the kind of customers who complain about nothing, it would be helpful and pleasant to no longer have to listen to you and waste our time judging the Post Office Bank based on a stamp booklet or a "no dogs allowed" sign that wasn't noticed, or some other minor detail! I can't access the post office in Bellerive-sur-Allier... My letter to Paris in September took three months to arrive at this office. In December, a priority letter from Vichy to Bellerive took nine days... Today, a tracked letter still hasn't been delivered since January 27th... The Leclerc post office was working perfectly... but it's been closed... What am I supposed to do? ...Go and deliver my mail myself? It's outrageous
