Avoid at all costs! I've been with this bank for 10 years and I've lost count of the number of advisors I've had... advisors, I should say salespeople, because they don't try to advise you, they just try to sell you insurance contracts, health insurance plans, etc. The last one I had an appointment with isn't responding to my messages anymore, so my savings account opening hasn't been validated! They don't have a phone line unless they want to sell you something! I'm thinking of leaving this bank; such deplorable service is unacceptable!

Outrageous! A request to close an account since July 15th, still nothing... The phone rings but no one answers, emails also remain unanswered... A phantom bank!

I stayed with this bank for over 20 years, but my advisor's incompetence led me to leave this wonderful experience in early 2020. I'm only posting now because, unfortunately, this person continues to make professional mistakes without any change. In fact, my son had to cancel the delivery of his debit card twice because this person didn't bother to update the address... worse! She changed the address on my other son's account... and even laughed about it in front of my youngest, who is desperately waiting for his card! Seriously, what kind of world do we live in?!
