Illegal Refusal of Change of Address Hello, My parents, elderly people from Ukraine, visited your agency twice to request a change of address. The advisor refused the request, arguing that they needed to present the host's original ID card, which is not a legal requirement. We consider this refusal to be discrimination and ask you to update their address immediately.

Mr. Doré and Antony (the business advisor) are truly excellent. I received a very warm welcome from them, and even though I didn't have an appointment, they took the time to see me and answer my questions.
