I used your ATM on 21 March 2022, when the cash and my card were dispensed from the machine, I took my card but I was distracted and did not take my cash. A message came up on screen of the ATM to say that the cash was taken back into the ATM and I saw the cash go back in. But the money came out of my account and has not gone back in. How long will it take before it goes back into my account? Thank you!

Run away, run away. CIC Insurance is a terrible experience. After having several insurance companies, I have never encountered such a deficient service. Phone calls systematically require about 30 minutes of waiting for conversations lasting less than three minutes, only to find out that the claims handler is absent or unavailable. A very simple claim takes almost two months to be processed. With each follow-up, a new excuse is given, without any concrete progress. Everything gives the impression that the delays are deliberately prolonged. This situation is unacceptable. The quality of service is catastrophic and does not meet the commitments expected of an insurer. I will never use CIC Insurance again.

This is a bank branch where everyone is very pleasant, from the manager to the reception staff. It's a real pleasure to be part of a bank you can trust.
