My rating is solely for the mail carrier at this branch; it does not apply to the other services, which are generally satisfactory. Since Covid, I haven't received a single registered letter. I'm available all morning, and the mail carrier never rings the intercom! I've reported this to the counter several times. I imagine they don't want to put their colleague in a difficult position, but at some point, they need to be professional because this is damaging the image of the post office! This dear mail carrier should take a page from his Colissimo colleague's book, who has always done his job.

I went to the bank counter to get some information about my La Banque Postale account opened in Valenton, the woman at the counter told me that it was not possible, not at all friendly, told me that it was impossible she would do nothing, 2 minutes later I called a telephone advisor (La Banque Postale) she solved the problem in 1 minute!!!! The woman at the counter just did not want to take care of me at all, she made it clear to me in a firm tone!!!! Unacceptable to have people who do not try to inform customers, change jobs if it does not suit you!!!

Avoid at all costs. Five months for login details that never arrive (despite repeated requests). On the other hand, when it comes to taking money to close an account, suddenly they're all ears. They should really master the postal service before venturing into banking... I advise you to go with a real bank.
