I opened an account at the La Banque Postale branch in Villeneuve-Saint-Georges with my advisor, Ms. Valérie Nasr. She is very kind, attentive, helpful, and competent. I highly recommend Ms. Valérie Nasr.

The opening hours are very convenient as it's open at lunchtime. The division of tasks is well organized; however, there's only one window open in the "Open and Manage Your Account" section, and you can expect to wait around 40-50 minutes. When the second window opens, the queue becomes chaotic because the staff don't pay attention to the order of service.

Account closure request has been dragging on for three months, impossible to get a representative (let alone mine). This bank/branch knows how to turn a deaf ear. Run away because this is holding your branch hostage...

A real scandal, I was made to wait for 10 minutes, to be told that I cannot deposit money into my account, under the pretext that it is 2 euro coins in rolls from the bank. Oh, it's only Tuesday and Thursday mornings.... and how do we do it when we work???? And there was no answer.... obviously it's not their problem. The worst thing is that just before a guy was there to do a banking procedure, he didn't even have the account number and now on the other hand they take the time to look up the account stipulating that they should not do it normally, but it's a joke.... the service is at the customer's head???? Is it because I'm French???? Oh well yes, that must be it... In addition, the employees talk about the problems with temporary workers in front of the customers, is that normal? I am outraged to see such behavior, they obviously don't know customer relations. I've been with this bank for 20 years, well I'm seriously considering changing, they're mediocre.
