The worst bank in France. Very few staff, very aggressive in answering questions. No ATM inside, removed because of supposed incivility due to foreigners????, we are all foreigners. There are 2 security guards. So if you want to withdraw money like today, 50 people in front of you. Disability is not a priority, they will tell you. Find a place and sit and wait your turn, but that's what creates the incivility, because when it's your turn, no one saw you waiting in line. An advisor who makes fun of a customer with her colleague behind her back. In short, horrible, and I'm not talking about the packages.

What can I say? The worst banking experience I've ever had. Since opening my account at La Banque Postale, I've been hit with nothing but unjustified fees that put me in the red—even though I wasn't even allowed an overdraft. When I didn't have a single euro in my account, it was impossible to order or buy anything in stores, which makes sense. As a result, I was always overdrawn because of their own fees, even though I wasn't even using the account. And that was even after switching banks! I'm now with another bank, and strangely enough, I'm managing to save money without going into overdraft and without those €25 fees that seem to appear out of nowhere. What a coincidence. And to top it all off, I had to deal with a so-called "advisor" on the phone (3:38 PM on July 3, 2025) who acted condescendingly, spoke rudely, and thought he had the right to disrespect customers. This is unacceptable. I hope he gets fired eventually, because in terms of professionalism? I give him a big fat ze

If you don't know anyone here, you won't get in! Three people were seen before me because they knew someone who worked here... I came to see an advisor... and ended up waiting 50 minutes to be seen by someone who isn't authorized to open certain accounts! What's the point then? We're left wondering...
