Krungthai Bank Central Pinklao Branch อาคารเซ็นทรัลปิ่นเกล้า เลขที่ 7/130-137 Borommaratchachonnani Road

This branch is the absolute worst. Do not expect any valuable service. Because of mistakes they made, I had to return 6 times... With ridiculously long waiting times every single time. And don't even try to explain the situation, they either don't understand or simply don't care. English service is also nonexistent in this branch, you better go to Centralworld...

Just wanna shared experience with this Krung Thai Bank. The problem was the counting process at KrungThai teller who serviced me here was not professional and well-trained. I recognized since I went to Supperrich to exchange money and The steps of counting money at Supperrich and KrungThai were totally different. The counting machine at Supperich,vacumm version, is more appropriate since everyone can see the banknote to be counted clearly and the Supperrich teller always insert the banknote into machine twice. If they are not sure , they even count money by using traditional hand-counting method. On the other hand, KrungThai claimed that they used a new version of counting machine,friction type,which noone can see when a banknote was counted, top to bottom. And , the KrungThai counting machine always jammed everytime when 1000 banknotes were inserted. And, The Krung Thai teller counting my money only one time which she should count twice.

Slow and sluggish service. The slowest service of KTB branch I've ever visit. No improvement despite massive negative comments.

Waited 1 hour, big wastes of time

The service was absolutely terrible. There's no proper management system; the service was awful and extremely slow. I had to wait two hours to collect my prize money. If I had any suggestions, I'd suggest creating separate lanes. They seemed completely unenthusiastic about providing good service. They really need to improve.
