NEVER use a money exchange machine that is set up right in front of the bank. The machine took €100 from me and didn't dispense Thai money. No one at the branch wanted to deal with the complaint, they referred me to customer service.

My case with exchange money was like this: Come to the place, showed her my passport and 100$ banknote and just asked politely if there could be a possibility to just exchange half of this. She made a scary face and pointed to the left - "Away, away. Maybe they change" - shouted. So I just realized, that could mean NO. Took back my 100$ and fortunately I had had 30$ in ten dollars banknote. Showed her this and asked if I could exchange. "AWAY, AWAY" - still shouted and pointed to the left. She got mad (still don't khow the reason why - I didn't do anything wrong and stayed calm) and showed the info "We can't split the bill. Whole amount must be exchanged". - "I already understood that and I just asked for 30$ to THB" - I said. - "AWAY, AWAY!" - she shouted. (probably because she knows so little in English and misunderstood the whole situation). Then I just went to the left and did everything more smoothly. Didn't have time for explanation to her. That was quite rude and shouldn't happe

I saw their advertised exchange rate for Saudi Riyal and went into this branch to change a note. After getting a number and waiting, I was then told that they don't actually exchange Saudi money Very unprofessional.

The advice of this bank is really not nice. I had a bill to pay for the NBTC organization, and they told me to go through this bank. Here is krungthai bank At night you can use ATM. Have 3 or 4 ATM and ATM you can deposit or use your bank card to transfer money too. And at work time you can use western union too.
