Horrible bank, horrible brach - do not use. Went in and was given a number to wait on a comfortable couch (good). Then 10+ people who came in after me proceeded to be served by the tellers, many of whom were just sitting there with no customers and on their computers. Finally, after 25+ minutes of waiting, I got up and started questioning people as to why I wasn’t being helped. And finally a boss had to guide me over to one of the many open tellers and tell them to help me. My “number” was never called…. Then, the process was very slow and panful to just change a few hundred dollars of currency into won. Check, re-checking, looking closely at the bills, re-counting it for a third time in front of me. Endless paperwork, screens to sign, information to provide. Never did they even bother to tell me the rate that they would provide for exchange or the fees they would charge - until they handed me the South Korean won 25+ minutes later. Terrible service! A local skipped the line and got in without a ticket, and we, as tourists, are stuck waiting forever! Horrible! Don't give them any money!
