Rude service-people, whether you phone or visit in person. They are not particularly busy, and appear to want to keep it that way. Between Hong Kong, Beijing, Qingdao, Zhuhai, Johnannesburg, Cape Town, and other places, never have I come across such a useless and unfriendly bank as the Seoul Branch of ICBC.
Very neat and clean bank. Every time i visit, bankers are always ready to serve customers in a smiling face. Awesome experience! Up,up,up!
