The deposit machines are absolutely terrible and haven't been improved at all. This branch is the worst I've ever used in years. I've never been able to deposit money successfully. I'd like to tell the management to address this. If you can't improve them, just shut them down. It's a waste of energy. Even the Khlong Suan branch, which is far from a residential area, has machines that never return deposited money. Your branch is inaccessible to many people and is located along a main road, yet your machines are inefficient. It shows a complete lack of concern for customer convenience. I'm only complaining because the staff are nice and provide good service; otherwise, I'd be ranting much harder.

The staff are incompetent and the service is very bad. I entered the door to the second table on the right on Wednesday, November 26th at around 2:00 PM. Or maybe I was wearing shorts and sandals.

It's dark and scary, with no lights and no guards. Improvements are needed. The booth should be positioned where cars can see it coming. Parking should be available in the front area. Even a noodle shop would be helpful.

The security guard used very rude language. We drove our motorcycle in because we thought we could park there. Moreover, it was very hot outside. But the security guard shouted, "Hey!!! Go park outside." That's very bad.
