Discriminating against someone based on their nationality is not appropriate. When I mention that I am a citizen of …, some staff members look at us with disrespectful or judgmental expressions. We did not come to open a bank account for personal reasons. We came because it was required by our workplace and requested by our supervisor. We are also customers, and we pay service fees just like any other customer. Therefore, we expect to receive the same level of respect and service. However, the required information and documents were not clearly explained to us. Sometimes the explanations were rushed and incomplete. On the first day, one staff member told us that everything was fine and asked us to bring just one additional document. So we brought it the next day. On the second day, we met another staff member who said the documents were still not complete and requested another document. To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my absolute disgust with the service I received today. As a lifelong American citizen and taxpayer, I walked into your branch to open a standard checking account, something I've done a dozen times before with other institutions. What followed was a perfect example of staggering incompetence. Despite providing my valid U.S. passport, Social Security card, and proof of address—documents that are more than sufficient anywhere else—your employees could not process the application. They gave me the runaround, claiming there were "system issues" and "verification problems" that they couldn't clearly explain. After wasting over an hour of my time, they simply told me they couldn't open an account. Let me be clear: this wasn't a "me" problem; this was a "you" problem. Awful. I got a queue numberfor account opening and foreign service which said ZERO PEOPLE before me, yet my number was not called, only local people got service. When I after one hour asked a clerk, they said it's automatic... avoid this place at any cost if you don'twant to waste your precious time, other banks are just a minute away.

very bad service and unprofessional staff, wasted my time for 5 days and finally find out that she didn’t even help me to apply in their system!!!!!!! Don’t understand English well is not your fault but pretending to understand when they clearly don’t is just stupid.

Waited around 40mins in queue, was told I could not open an account today, asked to make a booking for next week. Spent 10 mins at the counter while the bank staff was processing things.
