Kbank- the most frustrating service .. HOURS of wait then they say u missed the time frame to do international transfers… i took the entire day off work to make time for this. !get some people who speak different languages and can help people quicker and offer better solutions!! Very frustrating
I sat in line for 2 hours. In 2 hours, only 2 people out of 22 in line were served. It’s simply impossible to wait for your turn. Terrible department.
Not possible to give rating in minus otherwise I would have given the rating in minus. Staff is rude and can’t understand the simple things. Bank seriously need to deploy someone who can speak and understand English language.
