Awful service! It is just despicable. The disrespect my parents encountered just because they tried to communicate with a translator is just outrageous! You don’t want to talk through the translator and then you send people away? You don’t have enough patience to help people out although it’s your job to do so? What kind of discrimination is that? The young, blond, skinny guy in service especially must learn how to behave and be professional in this field. My appeal is mostly to him now. For now, this place does not deserve to exist with the discrimination people face there.

I was able to get an appointment within a day and the staff was amazing, they solved the issue immediately. They were very efficient and were very helpful, thank you to the entire staff!

Although this office looks abandoned from the outside, the service inside is efficient and of high quality. Many thanks to the employees of this office for their help with my account registration issue!

I went to ING today quite stressed, having to open an account immediately for some uni related matters, and I was treated to exceptional and efficient service. June was the employee I was speaking to and he helped me set up my account, went through all the terms and conditions and answered each of my questions very patiently. Thanks so so much!!!

This is a place with xenophobic and racist workers, they discriminate people who don't speak the language even though they tried. Having patience is the main key for this kind of profession, that is a basic knowledge when working in Sociale Diensten.
