Welcome to ING – Where Customer Service is Just a Myth! As someone who works with banks across multiple countries, I can confidently say: THIS is the WORST bank ever. Picture this: You travel over 1,000 km from Germany to Wroclaw, hoping to get some real, in-person assistance for issues with your credit card, online banking, or whatever. And what do you get? A warm, heartfelt “Please call our service line or use online chat.” Ah yes, of course—that’s exactly why I physically came here, to be told to go back online and talk to a chatbot! Honestly, I don’t even understand why they bother hiring actual people in the branch. A cheap voice bot on repeat saying “Please use online banking” would be just as effective and way cheaper. Even when I mentioned that our company is considering switching banks because of the complete lack of service, the response was... nothing. I assume they have a little office game going: the employee who says "online banking" the most times in a day wins. But

Please be careful of the employee with brown hair and long, light blonde ends!!! She's verbally aggressive and insults people who pass by, calling out their age and questioning their gender!! Today, after going to the mall and passing by this stand, she literally started attacking me. I can't believe such a person is allowed to work with people in retail. This is a scandal in broad daylight; I felt threatened, and I'm afraid to go to this mall!!! Shame on you for such an employee... I quote the employee: "How old are you, girl? Get a grip." No manners towards customers, no "ma'am" or "sir," just "you," girl... what is this supposed to mean? This is supposed to be customer service? You're pushing customers away even more.

Even though I hadn't planned to come here and hadn't created an account, I was pleasantly surprised. Olga, who picked me up off the street, is incredibly nice, and I think her colleagues are just as friendly.

I want to open a bank account, I'm driving across town to find out about the promotion and the lady doesn't know anything... So what's she there for?
