I had bad experience with PKO in the past, but I was pleasantly surprised. The agent was very helpful, friendly and patient, given my limited knowledge of Polish.
Brilliant service! We got helped by two lovely yet professional bankers (Olivia & Claudia) and the best part is that Olivia was fluent in English, we are now officially proud holders at the PKO Bank, we will definitely come back and also recommend anyone doing business here. Greetings from Sweden 🙌
Do not recommend this location at all. You will be waiting at least an hour.
Olivia she was very kind and patient to help me create an online banking system. I visited a few times previously, and i have always noticed smiles and giving the customer a warm environment.
