HNB Gampaha (Hatton National Bank) 148 Colombo Road Medagama

I visited HNB Gampaha to inquire about a housing loan and had a very disappointing experience. The officer (the gentleman wearing glasses) at the credit department appeared to judge me based on outward appearance and showed little interest in assisting me. There was no effort to review my details, understand my financial situation or explain available loan options. Instead of providing guidance or discussing possible paths forward, the interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming, and I was simply directed elsewhere without any meaningful conversation. As a customer, I expected at least a basic level of professionalism and willingness to help. For a bank that strongly promotes itself as one of the leading banks in the country, this level of customer service was extremely poor and does not reflect those claims. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I am very disappointed with the service at HNB Gampaha branch.

She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I’ve never had service like this before and would highly recommend her!" Thankyou natasha... !

One of the best bank in sri-lanka here is branch of gampaha have parking area and ATM machine etc.

Very friendly and decent people. Even though they take a little time sometimes to get things done, over all I would say they are very efficient and on point. They maintain good standards.
