Very poor service... I have been waiting for too long (it's about 2 hours), but all the staff members are busy. I want to resolve my HNB Solo App issue. Even though it is a small problem, they took a very long time. However, they did resolve my issue.
Friendly staff and even ghe security officer was really helpful and was assisting my wife for her inactive card replacement. He offered to get the details and assist her get in a queue
The cash deposit counter is working very slowly.
This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with any HNB branch. The staff were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I strongly advise others to avoid this particular branch.
The HNB ATM 🛒was really worthy for this area. Have to drive along to minuwngoda to find one again.
