One of the best customer servicing hubs in town. The staff is brilliantly helpful and the manager is very involved in the daily operation and maintains a high level of customer interaction. I usually hate banking but with HNB Kandana the experience has always been seamless. Just a big thank you to the staff and the management!

Poor customer Service……

Recently visited to help my father in getting his new ATM card activated. The activation PIN simply does not come and upon mentioning this to the staff at the counter, tells it's a dialog network issue and deflects. No real effort in sorting it. The security guard is more helpful.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the worst customer service I've ever encountered, especially when compared to other private banks. On one occasion, I reached out to inquire about some details, only to be told that they were too busy to address my request. I couldn't help but wonder where on earth HNB staff learned to handle customers. The lack of professionalism and customer care left me extremely disappointed. Hopefully, they can work on improving their service in the future.
