Horrifically long waiting times. Eg. 10 counters available but only 2 open. Meanwhile there are loads of staff just walking around over and back seemingly not doing anything except trying to look important. Poor management of staffing resources and frustrating customer experience overall. Won't be coming back.
Sincerely want to thank Ms Micky Mak (I may misspelled her first name), she has been kind and helpful with my security settlement questions. I went from the shut down Wan Chai branch to Hysan then to the North Point branch. Thank goodness this branch has this girl Ms Mak. Good job! I was disappointed with HSB security services for many years, HSB should be thankful that you have a wonderful staff👍🏻

Go early in the morning on weekdays without waiting for a long time, and there is a seat, comfortable～～ The staff are polite
I went there the next day, but it was not open. I couldn’t get into the underground box to pick up the food. I called the hotline and waited until I was sick. In the end, the customer service said they didn’t know when it would be open! What should I do? Oh no!
