Bad management, ticketing machine works- but they prioritise normal customers faster than “prestige” customers. No wonder the younger generation prefers it all to be done online. I wouldn’t have come to a physical branch if I didn’t need to deposit cash. Waited for 25 minutes only to see customers that came after me get served first.
