Queue for an hour to do simple forex, they kept asking if I had a hang seng account even if I waved my card infront of them, a lot of staff doing nothing
The meeting point for my Hong Kong City Tour, booked through Klook, does not have a waiting area. However, there is a nearby Starbucks where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
Extremely painful to get service from Hang Seng branch. Over 100 Customers (tickets) in front of me the past 3 times I went in and not enough seating for waiting Customers, average 1.5 hour wait to get served at counter. Heard many Customers complain to staff about the long wait. Would rather do my banking online but their processes are manual and force you into the branch. On the bright side the counter lady is friendly after the long wait.
I have been dealing with someone claiming that I have a inheritance in this bank. They are claiming they are employees of the bank. They have destroyed my bank account... charged me thousands of dollars in fees. Forcing me to buy apple cards...I called the law office that is suppose to be dealing with this. Just found out these people have been scamming me for 8 months.
Worst bank in Hong Kong, where payment systems are so antiquated! Also, HangSeng charges massive fees for ATM withdrawals and customer service isn’t very good.
