This Bank is a joke, that are not willing to take up business or personal loan applications, so they make you wait idly on the application for over a month and telling you that you were rejected. What a farcical approach that you are dealing with your customers. Shame on you.
I just wanted to open a savings account. They made me spend twenty minutes filling out an electronic application at a smaller branch, taking photos of ID card, etc. Then said I had to go in person to a bigger branch. I was left alone for 15 minutes while the clerk “went to check something”. Then he came back and said it would take 1 to 1.5 hours to open the account because of some unspecified reason. As a busy person, I very much resent this waste of my time. I do not recommend anybody opens an account here.
One of the most horrible banks in Hong Kong. They keep only 2 nos ATM outside and >10 nos inside the bank so that customers have limited access when the bank is closed on Saturday afternoon
I wish I could give 0 stars. It’s completely insane how bad this bank is.
