Unfortunately, racist treatment. The money was not exchanged for my friend because his passport is a refugee and he asked for his ID and he also has it, and I refused to change the money for him because his papers are a refugee (Travel Document). Is the money exchange only for naturalized citizens in this company? I feel disgusted by this kind of treatment and discrimination!! Forex 👎🏽👎🏻👎🏿👎

Please be aware that Forex have stopped offering you a better exchange rate automatically, if you exchange a big amount of money. From the 1st of January 2019 you have to ask for it youself. Also if possible, try using a proper bank when you are exchanging a bit more money, in order to get a good exchange rate. Forex are useful up to about 500 USD, but anything above that should be handled by a proper bank.

Is this even legal? Visited the Forex office in the check-in hall in Landvetter. Wanted to exchange Euro for Thai Baht and also had a promotional offer of a 2% discount on the exchange rate. Asked if I could add 237:- so that it would be an even amount in Baht. Ok, give them my credit card and they deduct 237:- as any payment. Get the receipt, and in the car I read through everything. They buy my Euro for 9.67, The same day they say at A-Ekonomi that the rate for Euro is 10.62...... Of course there is a fee of 50:- Then buy Baht and get another fee of 40:-, then there is a 3rd fee of 40:-. Then I see the credit card invoice, they also have a fee of 40:- for a cash withdrawal at Forex...... Like an onion on a salmon, nowhere does it say on the receipt that I received a promotional discount. It will be expensive to try to do it right, once in Phuket it turns out that Euro to Baht is 23% cheaper on site without fees. This is pure fraud. It also says on the receipt that I should save it s
