You don't qualify for 1 star! No one answers the phone or returns phone calls. I left 3 messages & cannot leave any more bc the messages service is full. This causes me to wonder if I want to open an account with this bank bc they can't do something as simple as return a phone call! I even called the head office & they don't return phone calls either!
