Here’s a clear, concise summary retaining all important details: ⸻ After 14 years with the bank and never falling behind on bond payments, I applied for their Quicksell program due to financial strain and was asked to provide documents proving it, since my payments were still up to date. Once accepted into Quicksell, I received an offer to purchase which both the buyer and I signed, and FNB initially accepted. However, FNB later changed the terms without informing me, stating they now only communicate with the attorneys. After recovering their money from the sale, they informed the lawyer that I must find alternative ways to settle the debts they had originally agreed to assist with.

So FNB is just totally useless . I received a call from a company by the name of maxlaw informing me that I have a redflag on my acc . With all the illegal things happening in south Africa I took the time to listen to the fraudster . She asked me for my account number to verify witch a gave her ( stupid of me I know ) . Then a debit order mandate appeared and I immediately declined it . I said to the fraudster from Maxlaw do not take money from my account I did not / do not give you permission . I ended the call and thought that was the end of it . On the Saturday Maxlaw tried to force debit my account but being suspicions I transferred all my money to my savings account . I proceeded to phone the bank fnb and was told to call thee fraud dep . I phoned the fraud department I was informed by them that they can not do anything as they are third party and no debit was taken yet .
