FNB Parktown 30 Wellington Road Parktown

My previous experience at this branch was less good, with an extremely long waiting time of hours, so I was absolutely pleasantly surprised with my experience today. Service was immediate, and Piet, the consultant, was absolutely amazing. He could advise me effectively and efficiently on the multiple queries I had, helped me open and close relevant accounts, all with patience and valuable knowledge. It isn't often a banking experience is pleasant these days, but this one 100% was.

Worst bank for doing deposits at the ATM. Every month end is always a problem. It's either deposits doesn't work at all or from 3 machine's only one Works 😡 FNB really need to catch a wake-up

Stunning Tiny bank branch on the corner of St Davids and St Andrews. I have been banking at this branch for many years. I prefer that it is small and intimate to a point tellers/bankers know my name and I know them by name. I don’t feel like I am a just a number in the branch. Their staff are very enthusiastic and great at dealing with customer queries. With every banking issue or problem I have encountered, they have always dealt with it swiftly. Only difficulty around this bank is parking, you may end up parking insecurely on the road next to the bank. There are car guards on the roads and you are never long in the branch because of excellent customer service.

There is only one cashier in whole branch, sometime you might wait hours and hours, come on FNB you should adjust the day and demand of the moment by adding another cashier customer can't waste time by waiting in line.
