I was very disappointed the service l got today,l bought electricity with my FNB app only to get the token with zeros, only l was referred to the consultant who failed to help,an he he'd to pass me to another consultant who wanted my proof of residence,of which l couldn't remember coz the time l opened my account l was renting,l hrd to back to the que to get my address checked for me,an go back to the que for a call, only to be told there is no use for the address,tha t was another consultant who told me to call City Power,she was very rude an even hang up the phone,lam ready disappointed FNB, that was very poor service l got today
Horrible customer service, you'll stay there for hours while the workers are laughing and busy visiting each other's desks just to laugh. I left without getting any help, never going there again.
