I opened an account online using a branch login, but once I got there, they made the process from scratch. Also, since I confirmed my account opening details the day before, I couldn't confirm them at the bank. Luca assured me he'd fix the problem, but in the end, I had to pay for the PIN to be sent to me. It would have been faster and cheaper to just authenticate! Never go here to authenticate.
