Very bad customer service and long waiting time and you can't know where services can be provided, They should put a board with services and where to get them without asking anyone

If there is a 0 stars rating I would choose it. The worst banking experience ever and the working hours are outdated, I went there as the staff at Aljawhara branch told me that it opens on sunday while it's closed! The services take a ridiculously long for no reason! Working hours are Mon-Sat from 8am to 2pm, friday times are different
Best bank, fast service more than expectation
10 counters, 9 empty and 1 counter for customer service...huge pile of queue... a service that requires 2 to 3 minutes to clear will end up consuming 2 to 3 hours. Poor service.
