I rarely leave negative reviews, but this bank truly needs to improve. Their customer service is inefficient, even simple deposits are delayed and getting help feels impossible. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone.

Make sure you call customer service before you come on the appointment date they give you. When you get there, THEY WILL MAKE AN EXCUSE THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO CALL YOU BUT COULD NOT REACH YOU ADVISING OF A CHANGE IN SCHEDULE. Come on, there are many ways to reach your client. Communication with this bank is very one way. They don't respect your time. We are fully paid with our loan since 2016 but they are constantly delaying the release of documents!

Customer service is slow and there is only one attendant assigned with customer inquiries. Came at around 1PM on a Wednesday. Expected that service would be fast since the location is quite hidden from walking traffic but nah, service is slow
