You need a great deal of patience if you plan to transact with this EastWest branch in Manila. The banker in charge of account opening, as well as the branch head, exhibit unprofessional behavior. If they say they will call once your transaction is approved, do not expect it—be sure to follow up, as they do not seem to value customers’ time. A comprehensive retraining program is necessary for the staff at this EastWest branch.

There's only one ATM machine, and it's always broken. Then you'll be forced to withdraw over-the-counter, needing multiple valid IDs and having to pay a fee. 👎
