My wife went to this branch just to pay the insurance for the loan that would probably takes a minute or two to process. She waited a long time don't know what are the employees are doing took forever. They need to be better when it comes to their service but whatever they do we won't be back we would rather go yo a different branches that has better customer services and know what they're doing
Visited this place to ask a simple question which will literally only take 5 seconds to answer and no one was available to answer it. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to attend to me despite there being only 2 other customers in the bank. One was done with their transaction while the other, who arrived after me, was waiting for his turn. Slow service. Would not recommend this place.
I waited for an hour but I got everything I need. Worth the wait. Rein was very helpful.
