Only one teller everytime even when there are a lot of customers. Staff are very slow and not accomodating.
Very slow service and took us 1 hour for depositing only. Poor customer service system.

my first savings account on them created smoothly. the staff assisted me well. I even availed on their other products and its great.
while there are accomodating staff, the counter for deposits were a little a friendly, its like they don’t like you to be there
