One of the worst banks you can ever deal with, always late in transactions and no benefits at all
It doesn't even deserve this star: very very primitive bank, horrible customer services, and extremely uncomfortable reception. When you go the this bank you feel that you are going to take their money not urs. They treat customers in a very rude way. They reject transactions on your behalf if you don't answer the phone! Supposedly because it is a safety measure while they lack the simplest forms of security. Bottom line, not advisable from my experience.
One of the worst bank branch seen in UAE. One cheque deposits minimum 1 hour to wait..
