Minimum charge for open account so expensive & the less ATM in Uae cities. Ajman zero ATM & Bracn were closed 3 years back. Complicated online service.they Close your account without any official notification for the reason

Worst bank ever . Tokens are called randomly .. estimated waiting time will be shown 5 minutes and then will call only after 1 or 1 and half hours .. customer service is pathetic. Being a company account holder service is pathetic. cant imagine what they offer for personal banking.

Worst customer service ever! Token system not followed. Go there if you are prepared to spend half a day awaiting to be served. They have only 1 customer service staff.

Worst Service in all scenario.. I have a business account since July 2018 Never experienced good service... While starting the Minimum balance was AED 10K, while heard of being increased to AED 25K and started deduction of many charges. Now they says AED 50K is minimum balance for business account to avoid any charges... now i have decided to cancel the account.. And technology is much innovated, still they need customers to walk in and submit the documents to update in their system.......that even need a covering letter while submitting such documents. Service charges are always on time deduction and they not bother customer..

Worst banking customer counterns service, they dont know what they are doing. my account debit card was change due to lost card, they changed it then they did not say that they have increased the salary limit. they just lock it and say i cannot get my money, what the f××× ???!!! i will call central bank to compalain
