I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Anilah, the Assistant Customer Service Manager at CIMB Bank (USM Home Branch), for her exceptional support in resolving a banking matter I had been struggling with specifically, obtaining a statement for my dormant current account. After a period of uncertainty and procedural challenges, Ms. Anilah stepped in with remarkable efficiency and empathy. She not only eased the entire process for me but did so with genuine kindness and professionalism. Her ability to simplify complex steps and offer clear guidance made a significant difference, and I am truly grateful for her assistance. It is rare to encounter such thoughtful service, and I believe Ms. Anilah deserves full credit for her dedication and customer-centric approach. I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent service provided by the staff at CIMB USM. I had been facing challenges with the call center, which was unable to resolve my issue regarding obtaining a settlement letter, stating that it must be collected within 14 days. However, Mr. Badrul Ikram went above and beyond to assist me. He not only coordinated with the HQ by email but also personally ensured that the letter was printed for me. His professionalism and dedication truly made a difference, and I am incredibly thankful for his exceptional support.

Extremely terrible service. The male Malay staff at the customer service was helpful and he should deserve the most credits from me. But poor man, from entertaining customers he has to handle loads of paperwork too. With no chair for him! The rest of the staff get to sit comfortably. Myself I have applied for an e account online and completed. But was not given a q number. No need the guy said. Was doubtful tho if hey have E brains to remember who came first. And true enough, those who came after me with a q number has settled and gone back but me still waiting. Are they going to let me wait till they feel like calling me or what? When questioned and showing my displeasure then there was some action and feedback. And finally was called and was settled in 10 minutes. Well, can they pay me for my time wasted tho. So CIMB should close this USM branch. Go to Maybank instead guys. Don't really like the specky Malay lady who is siiting on her own behind the teller counter. Maybe the mana

This is a terrible bank. First of all the staffs are non cooperative. secondly they have forgotten that they exist here because of the university students and employees. But they don't care to provide minimum assistance.despite having all the relevant documents such as Employment pass and appointment letter they refused to open a savings account for me. They will keep asking for new documents and delay the process. So my suggestion to the first timers (especially the foreigners) go to nearby Hongleong or AM bank near Sungai Dua and get an account there. The employees are helpful and the process is transparent.

Best service. Friendly staffs, attentive and efficient. They open during Friday prayers (most staffs are ladies). Been their customers for more than 15 years. Most of their staffs Siti, Ani, K, have been there for more than 5 years.
