This branch dont have a proper queing system. They told me to scan for numbering but many people cut the que. i only come to change the raya notes but almost 2hours waiting. No proper que. If u wanted us to manually que, then, no need to ask people to scan and wait for the numbers. Thia bank is not properly managed. Fullstop.
The staff are very friendly, but the service can be slightly slow during peak hours, as only a limited number of counters are open.
Very slow service just to even change my expired debit card. Many customers but incompetent staffs. Been waiting for 1 hour plus despite 2 customers ahead.
Came here with my gf open new Saving account Time spent about 1.45 hour Although a bit time consuming ( Not the bank officer fault, it's the system and procedure makes the duration longer ) The good things here is the staff put all heart and soul to solve the problem, no delay, no play phone If u not rushing, can come to here
