This bank’s service is extremely bad. For more than six months, I have not received any bank card. I want to change my signature in order to withdraw my money, but the computer system always stops working at 11:30. The deputy manager is completely ineffective. It is a big disgrace. Does your bank administration not have a proper system? Because it is always down. I hope you take this matter into serious consideration. Honestly, you might as well turn your branch into a butcher shop — it would be better for you.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Line was too long. Lady didn’t help. For every question she answered with you’ll have to go the agency that opened your account with. She even was saying she’s in a hurry she needs to go home(at 12am)

I recently visited the CIH Bank Massira branch and was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, making me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. I would not recommend the CIH Bank Massira branch to anyone looking for a reliable and professional banking experience. The staff is rude, the facilities are dirty, and the service is simply unacceptable.
