Very Poor and Unprofessional Service – CIC Cannes My experience with the CIC Cannes branch has been extremely disappointing. I opened an account three weeks ago and was promised my bank card within one week. Three weeks later, I still have no card, no updates, and no answers. I contacted the bank several times and visited the branch three times in person because nobody calls back. My assigned banker ignores all emails and phone calls. Each visit ends with staff saying they don’t know where my card is and telling me to “wait.” No explanation and no responsibility. The front desk administrator is dismissive and makes no effort to assist English-speaking clients, continuing only in French and refusing to involve someone who can help. Today, my banker was in the branch, yet I was not allowed to speak with him even though I was willing to wait. Completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this branch. We've found our branch! The entire team at the CIC Cannes Californie branch is always very welcoming, caring, and responsive, no matter who you speak to. A special mention goes to Ms. Dumont, our advisor, Mr. Mura, who has helped us on several occasions, and Mr. Couderc, the manager, for his personal touch, which is quite rare these days.
