No one answers emails or messages from this so-called "affinity" service! My mortgage application was barely touched by the advisor for a month, so I went to CIC who gave me an offer in 3 days! In short, the staff at BNP are completely incompetent and uninvolved. For your information, I had an appointment this morning with an online advisor, but no one showed up... C.Burgare
