Avoid this agency at all costs. As clients for over 10 years, the relationship has deteriorated significantly since the arrival of the manager and director. A complete lack of professionalism: requests ignored, responses curt, no listening or support. Despite healthy accounts, no product suggestions or optimization strategies were offered. The director refuses all communication, even in person at the branch, and never returns calls. High fees, nonexistent communication, and no goodwill gestures whatsoever.

A cohesive, efficient, and responsive team, even when your advisor is on vacation. Unlike many banks, they know their clients well and are adept at adapting to different situations. They've been doing this for me for almost 30 years, and I intend to continue doing so for many more. And that's coming from a demanding client!

I've been a customer of this branch for over 30 years. The advisors change constantly, they don't introduce themselves, and the manager, Mr. Delannet, abuses his position and shows contempt for his customers. Avoid this branch. The ombudsman has been notified. This isn't just a "feeling" when the manager refuses to process a transfer even though you have the funds and closes your accounts without reason. Meanwhile, your money benefits the bank. This branch is one to avoid. The manager is a terrible mismanager.
