Message to the branch manager: How is it possible to recruit such incompetent advisors? We're talking about people who can't even use software to run a loan simulation. We're also talking about an advisor who doesn't even know what an employer-sponsored loan is. Are clients supposed to train your staff now? Honestly, this is unacceptable. You're losing prospects and future clients because of this. Recruit qualified, friendly, and professional people. It's not normal to deal with cold advisors who are in a hurry for you to leave their office. And let's be clear: I felt I was treated differently, perhaps simply because I don't look "French."
