CIB Sarayat AlMaadi Branch Mostafa Kamel Maadi as Sarayat Al Gharbeyah Maadi

Wanted to share my dismal experience at this branch.. Only to realise that this branch has consistantly been given bad reviews and no response from management. Net takeout... Avoid this place. The branch manager is happy sitting in his closed door office whilst irate customers are trying to get their banking needs done. Staff are hiding behind screens trying to solve world hunger issues with no regard to the crowds of customers waiting to be served. During my 30minute wait for my turn I had the unfortunate privilege of overhearing two employees complaining about the working conditions. Message to CIB. Suggest you try and act before another 4 years of bad reviews come and go... Unnoticed This branch is a failed experience in modern banking practices. Avoid if u can. There is another branch down the road..... Marginally better with a Starbucks coffee machine whilst you wait endlessly to get served. At least the coffee is good. :)

Very bad customer experience, customer service representative is Very rude and has no idea how to deal with clients, management should invest to teach them some manners first and train them core job responsibilities ,👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎😠😠😠😠😠😠

Customer service is pretty good. Tellers are slow. Toilet isn't clean.

Professional and very efficient service from the teller, and happy they spoke excellent English which is a great help!

Security person is careless, q system has no paper and when I asked they told me you to remember your number Very poor service
