This review is related to my visit to the اوتوستراد branch, after waiting for an hour to issue a simple bank statement they told me that the system was down, u should have told me before the long wait! Also I requested an activation for the online banking and after filling in the form I discovered a week later from another branch that after modifying my application they couldn't finish it as my signature was faulty although the lady there double checked it and said it was fine. No one even contacted me about this issue and I only discovered it from another branch!
One of the most disgusting banks I have been! I tried to change Eur to Egy and believe it or not, the ATM swallowed my money and didnt even give me a receipt! Bank masr is not a place to change currency its a bank of lottery. بنك مصر المفروض يغيرو اسمه لبنك الحظ
Horrible service, and constant misinformation even from the Branch manager himself.
